2nd day of Orientation

It's second day of orientation, but basically nothing much I can say bout it. I just attend a seminar "Managing Money" then i went off to deal with my student card which I'm suppose to do it yesterday. Just because I didn't bring the actualy passport. I was like a zombie in the student card. I don know whether they adjust it or its really like that. I'm so fair. Or maybe because the cold weather here makes my face pale? Today I only woke up around 8.20 in the morning, do some laundry, ate breakfast then went to the school. I've slept about 8 hours but still a little exhausted. Last night I chat with few of my friends(Kimberley, Tzin Yee, Dhilip, and much more) and Karen =) chat till quite late-10pm(GMT+8). However, its worth it if I can talk to her always. While waiting at the bus stop, I met another Hong Kong girl-Chloe if i'm right with her name. Another humorous fellow. After i got my student card, I proceed to the ANZ Bank, Rundle Mall branch to open a new account and deposit the bankdraft over. Feel insecure for bringing so much money with me thou. I'm surprised that there's always street presentation along the rundle street, people playing music etc. I follow the Aussie style, with my lunch box, i sat on the bench, ate my lunch while watching they performance. Then, its time to go back. It's just around 1sth. Oh ya, I was almost missing when I'm in rundle street! Then through landmarks, I found my way out. It's small indeed. Easy job. =)

This garbage trucks passed by while I was waiting at the bus stop this morning. It's rather small but its' more pleasant in smell in comparison with Malaysia's garbage truck. The driver will do the rubbish collecting unlike Malaysia which few people is for a simple job. (My point of view)

The cards I have for now. It can be seen that its totally two different people. But it's me, I'm very different. I have various names. Funny.

This are the bus ticket's here. The blue is single trip which cost $2.10 for tertiary students. The charcoal one is $7.30 for ten trips but only for weekdays around 9am-3pm. The red one cost $13.80 and also for ten trips but it can be used 365 days a year. Of course, I'd always choose to go and come back around 9am-3pm. I'm very thrifty :P

It's one of the free gifts from Adelaide University. A coin collector with a pig shape. Of course the watch isn't. I bought it at Rm650 after discount. There's also pigs and piglets in gold colour at the centre of rundle mall. And the statues of two balls which makes Adelaide popular. This Saturday I'l be going downtown again. By that time, I'll take their pics and showed you.

This is few of the free gift that Adelaide University gives to International Students. They knew what students need. I didn't brought a sling bag, they provided it. One of my friend from Seremeban didn't brought bottle, they provided it too. =)
